How can I place an order through your website?
You have 2 choices in order to place a pre-order.
1. You may become a member by entering your personal data into the system.
This way, you will not need to re-enter your data each time you want to place an order and you will place your order easily my minimizing the transactions. In order to place an order, you can add the products directly into your basket after selecting them.
2. You may also place an order without becoming a member
The system will get the data from you this way and make your transactions. The next time you want to shop in UNIFREE, the system will request such data again.
What are the advantages of ordering?
1. You will have time advantage. By placing pre-orders, you can minimize the time, which you will spend for ordering before or after your flights.
2. You will have the ease of carrying. You can receive the products, which you do not want to carry with you while going abroad, after you return.
3. Some of the products among our varieties cannot be sold in the arrival terminals. With the order you will place (except the domestic products), the products you request will be prepared for you at the arrival terminal and you will not carry extra load with you.
4. The products which you want your passenger friend to buy will be prepared within the direction of the order you will place and will be delivered to your friend.
What is the advantage of membership?
Membership advantage is not being obliged to re-enter your data each time you want to place an order.
Is being a member obligatory?
No, you may place your orders in an easy and fast manner without becoming a member. You do not have any obligation of becoming a member.
Do you charge any fees for membership?
No, no fees are being charged for membership
I forgot my password, what should I do?
After you login in the "Login" section on the main page, enter your e-mail address in the "Click if you forgot your password" section and your password will be sent to your e-mail address.
Can I place a pre-order for any product I want?
Pre-order is applied only for promotional products in our Dalaman Shop.
How do I understand that I had placed the order correctly?
After your shopping transaction is completed, delivery data registration document will appear on your screen. You will be notified by an automatic e-mail that your order is accepted and put in process.
How will I pay?
You can pay for your orders by credit cards, cash as TL or foreign exchange at the checkout counters of the shops during the delivery.
